Q: When will my baked treats arrive?

A: All bakes are posted on Thursdays via Royal Mail first class delivery. They aim to deliver next day but their small print denotes there is a possibility of delays up to two weeks. EAT by AMY is not responsible for late arrival of products, however if your bakes arrive over a week late please email hello@eatbyamy.com.

If you have a special occasion you’d like the postal treats to arrive for then please select Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. This will ensure your treats arrive on time, however you will have to sign for the package. 

 

Q: How long will my bakes keep?

A: Brownies and blondies will keep 4-5 days in the fridge. Cookies will keep 4-5 days in an airtight container or zip-lock bag.

 

Q: How much is postage?

A: Postage is free! 

 

Q: Where do you post?

A: As long as you live on mainland UK, we post anywhere! Yes, that includes Scotland and Wales.

 

Q: I ordered on Thursday, it’s Friday now, where are my bakes? 

A: If you’d like your bakes the same week you order you need to order by midday on Wednesday at the very latest.
